5 Reasons to Start Your Day with Apple Cider Vinegar for Optimal Gut Health

One of my morning rituals involves getting my gut started on the right track for the day. Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a powerful substance that can do wonders to help your digestion and overall health. But know that not all ACV’s are created the same.

Selecting a quality ACV is super important here — you want to look for one that is organic, unfiltered, and still has the “mother.” One trick is to turn the bottle upside down. If you see solid pieces floating in it or a film coating on the bottom of the bottle (as gross as that may sound), it is a good thing because it means all of those good bacteria are in there!
