    Thank you for this! Such helpful, doable info … and I’m excited to try the GlucoSupport. Recent bloodwork showed my LDL was too high and doctor wanted to put me on statins! I said “no thanks” I’ll try some lifestyle and diet modifications first! I’m sure I’ll be able to lower it and it sounds like the GlucoSupport will help. I’m going to start dancing after dinner for 30 minutes 🙂 and implement the other things you’ve suggested as my blood sugar level is nearing the high end.
