    Wow. That’s a lot of great information. I’m really curious about what you were saying about constipation and detox. Last time I tried to detox I got a lot worse. I assumed that was because I was not moving the toxins out of my body fast enough. How do you address this issue of detoxing while struggling with constipation?

      Hello Dawn! My 14-day Detox Program provides enough time to get enough of the gunk out so the body can start performing the way it’s supposed to — even for the most constipated of people.     I already have your hormone book which includes a 14 day rescue meal plan. Is the 14 day hormone detox the same or is it a different program?

      Hi Farah! Great question! The book contains a basic 14-day detox, but it is not the same as this program. Every registration comes with a built-in community who supports you as you go, videos to guide you every day of the detox, the ability to ask questions throughout, and more. The book simply can’t deliver that, as much as we wish it would. This program will delve into much more depth to provide everything you need for success! 🙂
