    Iam in post menopause. Doing this naturally. No drugs.

    You had said something about weight resistance.

    Loooove all the information you share in your podcast and also in your new book, which I have just finished reading.

    Just 1 thing that I hope you would really consider, and that is NOT to have that underlaying music while you talk in the podcast.

    I simply can’t focus on all the good things that you talk about because that music is really distracting me and my somewhat stressful mind… 🙂

    At this point I couldn’t listen to the end of this important podcast, because the music was son distracting.
