Where do you get your magnesium and the activated charcoal capsules??

    • Dr. Mariza January 22, 2020 at 8:47 am #

Hello, Sandy! Thank you for your question! I recommend the brands “Bulletproof” for the activated charcoal, and “Designs for Health” for magnesium. One good thing about these two products is that they’re both available via Amazon! 🙂

I signed up for your emails but never actually looked at any of them until today. Your podcast was amazing. I recently started with an Auvadic Dr. and he uses essential oils in carrier oils. I’m a female veteran and they help so much with PTSD, severe depression, fibromyalgia and lupus. You don’t know how bad you feel till you get out of it!

Everything ebbs and flows. Each day is different. No one is perfect but the oils are so helpful. I’m going to continue to fallow you and soak up the positivity you share.

      Thank you
      Sarah
