Quotes

“This is what I realized in teaching people about blood sugar: yes, it is important to your energy; yes, it is important for your weight. But also, when your blood sugar is out of balance, there is a condition called insulin resistance going on. It’s damaging your blood vessels, it’s causing inflammation, and its an underlying cause of our top 3 killer diseases.” (9:54)

“What those two numbers can give you is, decades before it starts, an indication that there is something that is out of whack.” (16:32)

“What you are doing is you are teaching your body that it doesn’t need to make so much insulin. And then it gets down and it doesn’t and the lower the output of the insulin, it’s just the right amount, the damaged cells get to repair.” (34:06)

“Make every bite your first and your last.” (42:12)

I was wondering what’s the « normal » blood sugar after eating something if I want to test with a glucimeter. And how long after eating should a test it?

    Thanks!

Hi Alexandra! 2 hours after eating, the normal would be 140 mg/dL. But I recommend you to consult with someone near you for a more accurate analysis 😉 You may look for one here > > FIND A PRACTITIONER
