“There are so many kinds of multi-modal things that go into this, but as a general blanket rule, I generally don’t like long term fasting for females.” (29:12)

As I learn more about fasting one thing that is rarely addressed is whether to do it dry or with water, coffee, etc. this probably applies more to the 24 hour fast but I’m still curious overall what is recommended for the liquid intake.

Thank you for all do to help woman. I’m enjoying your podcasts. I’m hoping to get your book for Christmas!!

I’ve tried intermittent fasting a tiny bit but haven’t really noticed any benefits at this point. I probably need to stick with it longer.

    Thanks again!
